Wormage

I am completely and utterly terrified of earth worms. Yes, it's true. And yes, I know it's ridiculous. It rained the other night and it probably took me about half an hour to walk my normal five minute route home. Why, you ask? Because there were MILLIONS of earth worms on the ground and I can't stand stepping on them. Instead, I opt to carefully place each foot between them so as to avoid getting worm guts stuck in my shoes (I'm sure I'm a sight to be seen). It grosses me out to the nth degree. literally. If you don't believe me, ask my older brother about our early morning newspaper route fiasco when I was fourteen and refused to get off my bike because there were worms on the ground.

But really, EVERYONE has an irrational fear, right? I'm convinced it's not just me.

J'aime bien le français, mais malheureusement les cours publicités mangeaient ma vie maintenant. J'ai parlé (en français) avec quelqu'un aujourd'hui et réalisé que j'oubliais beaucoup de français. zut.

It's true. I miss French so much. And I'm starting to forget some (A LOT!) of it because I haven't been keeping up on it! ahh, quick, fix that now please! I'm only speaking French from now on with any of you who also speak French! Anyways, I think I've been on a subconscious French rampage lately. I keep mentally translating everything into French just for kicks, and today I'm taking baguettes, brie, and raspberries to my night class. yum. oh my. I'm realizing I'm starting to sounds obsessive...

How did I only now discover this store? Love Crate & Barrel but don't have your parent's checking account on hand? Yeah. Me either. Enter CB2. Lovely items, but at a fraction of the price of C&B.

This is almost like the day I discovered Ikea or the Container Store. Almost. I think this is better. Maybe it's because I am slightly obsessed with Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn, David Adler, and the like...and I think this hits more on those notes.

Sunshine Happiness

Sunshine makes me so happy! I almost forgot how much of a difference it made until it was blue skies and all sun yesterday. Such a perfect beginning to March. Naturally, I shirked all homework responsibility for the glorious afternoon and could not have been happier with the results.
