"And ye shall offer for a sacrifice unto me a broken heart and a contrite spirit. And whoso cometh unto me with a broken heart and a contrite spirit, him will I baptize with fire and with the Holy Ghost" (3 Nephi 9:20).
This scripture now means more to me than ever. Quite literally right now, my heart is broken. I've felt like I have nothing left to offer in life this week. My heart, the symbol of love in my own being, has been crushed. However, I have discovered more than ever in the past week that I have relied on the Lord more and more. Maybe there's a connection here...
