Life List.

I'm a list person. It helps me keep things short and sweet...otherwise I get on tangents and it takes me a million years to finish the story some poor soul asked me. So, just some things to note in my life right now, since I've been horrible at calling everyone recently. Some are interesting, and some are boring. But hey, my life isn't always interesting, and quite frankly has been recently leaning towards boring a tad too much. Anyways, I digress (see what I mean about me and my tangents....ahhh)!

-As of today, I am planning on staying in UT for the summer. I'm not moving out to NY. Instead, I'm looking at Chicago but heaven knows I need to actually get a job out there before I can move out there.
-Why you may ask am I staying in UT and looking at Chicago? Good question. If you want the full story, call me! You know when you just have a feeling about something and you just can't ignore it? It has to do with something along those lines.
-I've completely given up on 'planning' my life out. Donezo. No go. Doesn't work. It's nothing crazy, but I'm going to see how long I can stick to the 'go with how I feel' thing. This is going to be quite an adventure for me, trying to let go of my OCD planning self, let me tell ya.
-I'm really happy right now. I can't tell you why, but I am. I find myself smiling and happier than ever even though my life has turned itself on its head and there is at least one big reason for me to be stressing out: my complete and utter lack of employment. ahh. I hope the happy feeling sticks around.
-I've recently become a much better cook and worker outer. Thank you, free time.
-I love my girls. Gosh I'm getting so sentimental now.
-I just watched Dear John for the first time tonight. And I cried on more than one occasion. Please feel free to mock me, I would too.

Yep, that's about it. Aren't you all so glad you're up to speed on my oh so exciting aka boring life? Thought so.

  1. I am going to call you! Kris told me you weren't moving to New York but I only got the Reader's Digest version. :) Can't wait to catch up. We should recipe swap too. I am randomly into cooking lately. What the?! Yes, me, Laura, into cooking.
